About Job: 

The position will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the IFS ERP system. This person will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving system issues, maintain the database, managing active users, and general system performance. 

 

Our client is a global manufacturing (engineer-to-order) company that specializes in machinery and has had sales outpace their capacity to produce, so they will be upgrading and optimizing their IFS ERP system to accommodate the growth. There are years’ worth of optimization projects in the queue. 

You will: 

  • Manage and administer the IFS Application.
  • Configure, test, and deploy IFS patches and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the team members to maintain, upgrade, and optimize IFS systems performances.
  • Work with users to troubleshoot system related issues.
  • Create new user profiles, assign access rights, modify existing user accounts, and deactivate any non-users.
  • Management of ticketing system to diagnose and resolve system issues. 
  • Ability to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams. 
  • Engage in preventative maintenance for the database. 
  • Maintenance and understanding of networks and servers. 


In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

You bring: 

  • 3 - 5 years of IFS Administration experience with IFS version 8, 9, or 10. 
  • Experience with MRP, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Production Scheduling.
