As an established organization with impressive growth, they leverage IFS extensively to support their operations. The company relies heavily on IFS functionality and continues to expand their in-house team to develop new capabilities on the platform. There is consistent project work focused on maximizing their IFS implementation to enhance processes, scale production, and drive future growth.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic company with an ambitious roadmap for leveraging IFS to support innovation and market expansion. The role will allow you to utilize your IFS expertise to help optimize and extend their systems in an environment where IFS is core to the business.

You Will: 

• Become a trusted internal consultant by fully understanding the client’s business. 
• Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach. 
• Requirements gathering and business processes analysis. 
• Translate business requirements into solution design. 
• Leverage your strong organizational and communication skills to recommend system changes and optimization by interfacing with both the business and IT. 
• Identify, track, and troubleshoot user application issues. 
• Mentoring and skill development of end users on the IFS system.

In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

You Bring: 

• Preferred experience in one or more areas of IFS Applications. (I.e. Manufacturing/ Engineering/ HR/ Maintenance/ Rentals/Logistics/ Quality/ Supply Chain/ CRM…) 
• Previous industry experience in Manufacturing. 
• Ability to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs. 
• Strong written and verbal communication.
