About Job: 

Our client is in the midst of a global business transformation, consolidating multiple legacy ERP systems into a new IFS cloud implementation. They are looking for key team members to provide implementation support, represent the customer, and become subject matter experts on the IFS platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join our client at a crucial point as they transition their operations onto a unified IFS cloud solution worldwide. The ideal candidates will partner closely with the client to ensure a smooth and successful rollout of IFS while positioning themselves as go-to resources for optimizing and supporting the system long-term. As SMEs, you will be instrumental in realizing the full benefits of IFS for the client and driving their continued success. This is a chance to use your implementation expertise and knowledge to help a business leap forward technologically and operationally on a global scale.

You Will: 

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and processes for new initiatives and projects.
• Develop functional specs and process documentation based on business needs.
• Design workflows, data integrations, forms, reports and other functions within software systems.
• Identify integration points between multiple systems and applications.
• Translate business needs into user stories and requirements for technical teams. 
• Create prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitor project progress and review deliverables.
• Provide recommendations for process and system improvements.
•  Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

You Bring: 

• Experience with IFS Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement
• Experience with Data migration, modifications (understanding the work in these areas but not necessarily an expert)
• PL/SQL
