About Job:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will bridge the gap between IT and various business units, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business process improvements and maximizing the effectiveness of application usage. A key responsibility of this role is to optimize the IFS ERP system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Our client is a leading, global, family-owned Food and Beverage manufacturing organization. With a rich history spanning over several decades, they have established a strong presence internationally, continuously adapting to evolving consumer preferences and industry trends.
You will:
- Act as the primary liaison and internal IT consultant for assigned business areas.
- Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training as needed.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Note: In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned
You bring:
- Experience in Supply Chain and Distribution modules.
- Business process optimization experience.
- Experience with SQL and Crystal Reports.
