You will: 

• Become a trusted internal consultant by fully understanding the client’s business.
• Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach.
• Requirements gathering and business processes analysis.
• Documentation of system features and capabilities that is clear and accurate for users to understand and use system functionality.
• Mentoring and skill development of end users on the IFS system.

Note: In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned 

You bring: 

• Preferred experience in one or more areas of IFS Applications. (I.e. Manufacturing/Supply Chain)
• Ability to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
