This position will be responsible for performing analysis, changes, and daily functional support of the IFS ERP system in a variety of events, including but are not limited to implementations, upgrades, migrations, and optimizations.
Our client is a large global operating company that will be implementing IFS for the first time. This is an opportunity to support a new launch of IFS with a safe, growing, and reputable company.
You Will:
- Become a trusted internal consultant by fully understanding the client’s business
- Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach
- Requirements gathering and business processes analysis
- Translate business requirements into solution design
- Leverage your strong organizational and communication skills to recommend system changes and optimization by interfacing with both the business and IT
- Identify, track, and troubleshoot user application issues
- Mentoring and skill development of end users on the IFS system
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned
You Bring:
- Preferred experience in one or more areas of IFS Applications (I.e. Manufacturing/ Engineering/ Finance/ HR/ Maintenance/ Logistics/ Quality/ Supply Chain/ CRM…)
- Previous industry experience in Supply Chain is preferred
- Ability to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
- Strong written and verbal communication
