Requirements


  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent qualification
  • Expertise in MS Office tools
  • Fast learner and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work well in a team with good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in similar job roles (Application Support or IT Support) will be an added advantage

Responsibilities


  • The role requires working 24/7 shifts on a roster basis
  • Perform day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to Customers tickets
  • Ability to work with clients and help troubleshoot the issues in the systems & Application
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to work with foreign clients
  • Perform Delivery deployments in Application frontend and backend level
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Reporting and following up on the issue resolution within the SLA targets
