You must be able to advise on the effective utilization of IT and ERP systems in the supply chain and logistics domain for our customers to meet the business objectives while enhancing the business effectiveness of the organization. You should also be able to extensively involve with the solution architects’ team to propose IFS ERP software customisations with robust functional solutions and workflows and document them in standard forms.

Job Location: UK based- Hybrid working with travel to the Reading office

• The minimum requirement is a bachelor's Degree in Business studies or equivalent qualifications. Significant relevant experience is also considered.
• Must have 5 years of working knowledge of IFS ERP software application.
• Must possess at least 2 years of supply chain/ logistics domain knowledge.
• Having exposure to the newest IFS cloud version 21R2.
• Experience providing support directly to end-users or customers in cloud-based environments.
• Excellent communication skills and trustworthiness.
• IFS certifications are a plus.
  

• Liaises with internal/external clients to analyze business procedure, clarify clients’ requirements and define the scope of existing ERP software systems in the supply chain and logistics domain.
• Undertake requirements gathering and feasibility studies for major IT/ERP transformations incorporating costs and benefits, and present proposals to clients and advice on pricing strategies.
• Assess the impacts of data migration, customizations, and change management processes on current workflows to the clients and suggest proactive alternative solutions to mitigate the issues.
• Able to provide advice and assistance in the procurement, provision, delivery, installation, maintenance, and use of ERP systems and their environments in the supply chain and logistics areas.
• Examines existing business models/ flows by conducting business process analysis of data and designing functional specifications and test plans for new implementations and upgrades to meet clients’ needs.
• Work with research and development teams to analyze, evaluate and monitor ERP software configurations, infrastructure, and performance during pre- and post-go-live stages.
• Works closely with clients and ERP service providers or other external vendors to implement new releases of IFS ERP software systems.
• Write IT workflows and functional test scripts in the IFS Aurena Client tool.
• Mentor and skill development of end users on the IFS ERP software system.
• Identify, track, and troubleshoot user application issues and escalate them to the technical team as and when required.
