Requirements
- Undergraduate or Final year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
- Perform day-to-day routine, preventive system and application maintenance.
- Respond to Customer Support tickets.
- Curiosity to learn and apply the knowledge in Application support and Systems Support.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
