Responsibilities


  • Be involved in the entire recruitment and onboarding process for WIA Sri Lanka, USA, India, and other branches.
  • Assist with Company policies, agreements, employee letters and documentation. 
  • Assist with maintaining employee benefit packages and liaise with service providers in Sri Lanka, USA, India, and other branches. 
  • Be involved in the company’s performance management cycle.
  • Manage and maintain the petty cash expenses.
  • Assist with the maintenance of employee records including Personal files.
  • Be a part of organizing staff engagement and development events.
  • Be involved in the company training and certification process.
  • Assist with the entire resignation and offboarding process for WIA Sri Lanka, USA, India, and office branches.
  • Assist with all other office related HR and Admin functionalities when required. 

Requirements


  • Should possess a degree or above qualification in HR and or Administration.
  • At least 5 Years previous work experience as an HR / Administration Senior Executive or in the similar capacity. 
  • Ability to work as a global representative with foreign service providers.
  • Proven working experience as an HR/Admin Senior Executive or AM.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent listening, & writing skills.
