As a
Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our brand presence, driving engagement, and ensuring our marketing initiatives make an impact. This role is perfect for someone who is
creative, outgoing, highly organized, and ready to take initiative. You’ll represent our brand at events, lead PR campaigns, create content for social media, and support internal and external marketing efforts.
What you'll be doing
- Event planning & brand representation: Organize and coordinate career events, conferences, PR campaigns, and CSR initiatives while representing WIA Systems.
- Content creation & social media management: Work with the design team to develop engaging content and social media posts that highlight our services.
- Internal marketing & communications: Support internal communication efforts to align teams with marketing objectives, including welfare and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead generation support: Contribute to lead generation efforts and provide marketing support to the sales team.
- Multi-tasking & coordination: Be proactive, adaptable, and efficient in handling multiple marketing activities.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, PR, social media or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Experience in content creation, branding, and storytelling.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B marketing, technology, or professional services industries.
- Background in event planning, public relations, and corporate branding.
- Ability to work across teams and collaborate with different departments.
