What you'll be doing

• Be aware of the key business requirements set out by the Customer and the value-added services IFS can provide.
• Demonstrate creativity and thought leadership and use experience in substantiating the Proposed Solution to the Client
• Maintain and expand client contact at high levels and build credible relationships with key client personnel.
• Analyze Customer’s business processes.
• Have a cost control mindset in relation to given time and scope estimates.
• Always complete assignments on time or notify ASAP if this is not possible.
• Apply a commercial mindset and scope execution capabilities.
• Use competence to advise and guide the Customer or Partner.
• Professional participation in Customer project and Customer activities.
• Assist the Customer in testing and Validating Solutions
• Prepare business process procedures, test scenarios, Configuration development, and scoping documentation.
• Prepare User Training Material and End User Documentation
• Work with necessary stakeholders to complete Project Assignments successfully.
• Proactively report progress and any kind of deviation to the responsible Business Process Consultant or Project Manager, preferably before the deviation is actioned. 
  

• University degree in a related area, or equivalent professional qualification
• 2 - 5 years of IFS experience + industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in teams - interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to articulate ideas and opinions to all stakeholders.
• Be result oriented, with an ability to lead and work in teams.
• Leadership capabilities, result orientation, conceptual thinking, and innovative mindset
• Ability and willingness to take on new initiatives/technologies.
• Excellent influencing and persuasion skills with customers and internal project teams and management.
