Job Description


  • 1 year of experience in domain knowledge for HR and Projects is preferable.
  • Knowledge of ERP is preferable.
  • One or two industry domain knowledge is preferable.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Ready to work in the USA time zone.
  • Opportunity to learn, upskill and get certified in IFS through the academy portal with unlimited access and certifications.
  • Contribution to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value-adding solutions to customers.
  • Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
  • Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas (Business Process Reengineering) and suggest technology solutions.

Qualifications


  • Exposure to Human Resource Management and Project Management domains.
